I offer you two tailor made workshops just for you and your baby. My courses are delivered 121 rather than in a group setting so that you can have complete confidence in learning this precious skill, but it also allows me to adjust the course for you and baby accordingly.
You can either come to me at my clinic in Malvern or I can come to you in your home. I will travel within a 10 mile radius of Malvern for no extra charge. I will have to factor in travel expenses if I am required to travel further.
The course is run over two 75 minute workshops. At the end of these two sessions, you will be completely confident in massaging your baby.
Yes absolutely!! The beauty of a 121 session is that you can include anyone you wish. So we can include Mum, Dad, partner, grandparent and even an older sibling if they would like to be involved.
All materials you need will be provided so just bring yourself and baby!
Studies show that infant massage has a profoundly positive effect on baby's physical health. Massage can help to calm baby and promote better sleep, encourage flexibility in their limbs and help to ease muscle tension.
